The Six-Eyed Sand Spider is considered the most venomous spider in the world. Although its bites against humans are extremely rare due to its shy, reclusive nature, its venom is among the most toxic of any spider. When a bite does occur, it causes blood vessel leakage, necrosis, and multi-organ failure. The bite is often painless initially, only becoming dangerous as tissue death sets in, and there is currently no known antivenom.
