Kaitlin Olson's Real Injury

Actress Kaitlin Olson actually rammed her head into a car door in season 4, episode 7 ("Who Pooped the Bed?") of "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia." In the scene, she tries to run out of a high-end shoe store in heels that are too small, wobbles across the curb, topples over, and smashes her head into a car door. Series co-creator Charlie Day said, "We had a stuntwoman do it, and it didn't look very real, and then Kaitlin did it and actually ran into the car, probably almost breaking her neck."
