One of the most tragic accidents in the history of filmmaking occurred during the production of The Twilight Zone: The Movie. A Bell UH-1 Iroquois helicopter experienced a rotor malfunction caused by pyrotechnics being used at the scene, resulting in a crash that claimed the lives of renowned actor Vic Morrow and two child actors. Morrow's haunting last words were, "I've got to be crazy to do this shot. I should've asked for a double."
