Peter Quill

Peter Quill, or Starlord from the Guardians of the Galaxy, was originally immaculately conceived in the comics. His mother became pregnant when the planets perfectly aligned. This was later retconned, however, his father in the upcoming film sequel has been revealed to be Ego, the living planet, which could be a call back to his original backstory.
