Dahmer's White House Tour Bet

In 1977, high school student Jeffrey Dahmer, who later became a serial killer, bet his classmates on a trip to Washington, D.C., that he could arrange an unannounced White House tour. Using a pay phone and presenting himself as a reporter for his school newspaper, he persuaded officials to admit the class. Their impromptu tour included the office of Vice President Walter Mondale.
