Driving Time Tracked Cognitive Decline

Driving more than two hours a day has been linked to lower intelligence and memory test scores among middle-aged adults in a UK study. Researchers compared driving habits with cognitive tests and checked participants again after an average of 5.3 years. Longer driving time was associated with greater odds of cognitive decline.
