Brenda Lee's 47 Sixties Hits

Brenda Lee, best known for "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree," had 47 U.S. chart hits during the 1960s. That was more than any other woman and placed her fourth among all acts, behind only Elvis Presley, the Beatles, and Ray Charles. Her hits included "I'm Sorry" and "I Want to Be Wanted," both of which reached No. 1 in 1960.
