Michael Kearney's Age-Ten University Graduation

The first person to graduate from a university at only 10 years old was American child prodigy Michael Kearney, who reportedly spoke his first words at just four months. After finishing high school at six and earning an associate degree, he completed a bachelor's degree with honors in anthropology at the University of South Alabama in only two years. Kearney graduated in June 1994 at age 10 years and four months, earning the Guinness World Record as the youngest university graduate. He later received master's degrees in biochemistry at 14 and computer science at 18.
