From December 14 to 17, 2024, The Final Experiment brought four flat Earth content creators and four people who accepted a spherical Earth to Union Glacier Camp in West Antarctica. American Christian pastor Will Duffy organized the expedition to test flat Earth claims by observing the midnight sun, which the participants livestreamed continuously for three days. Every participating flat Earth supporter acknowledged that the 24-hour Sun was real, even though their models claimed it could not occur in Antarctica. American YouTuber Jeran Campanella admitted that his flat Earth model was invalid and later announced that he would step away from the flat Earth community.
