Ferdinand VII Required Special Cushion

Spanish king Ferdinand VII reportedly had an abnormally large and unusually shaped penis that made intercourse difficult. A special cushion was designed to support its narrow base and help his wife position herself safely. Ferdinand married four women, but only his final wife, Maria Christina, bore children who survived infancy, including the future Queen Isabella II.
