Christian Bale's Accent Fooled Crewmates

During the filming of American Psycho, British actor Christian Bale spoke in an American accent at all times, even when the cameras stopped rolling. When he finally used his natural British accent at the wrap party, crew members assumed he was practicing for another film. They had believed Bale was American throughout the entire production.
