Dogs Reduced Childhood Food Allergies

A 2019 study found that infants who lived with dogs at three months of age were about 90% less likely to develop a food allergy. Researchers analyzed data from more than 65,000 Japanese infants and examined how exposure to household pets affected allergy risk during early childhood.
