Eddie Murphy Took Pryor's Bet

Eddie Murphy recorded "Party All The Time" after a $1 million bet with comedian Richard Pryor, who doubted Murphy could sing. The song later appeared on Murphy’s album "How Could It Be." Murphy dedicated the album to Pryor, and the liner notes read, "To Richard Pryor, my idol with whom I have a $1,000,000 bet. No Mother Fu*ker, I didn’t forget."
