Frank Herbert Considered Suing Lucas

American writer Frank Herbert felt that "Star Wars" borrowed heavily from his science fiction novel "Dune." He believed George Lucas’s space saga used enough similar ideas that he considered taking legal action. Herbert never followed through with a lawsuit, though.
