Mandalorian Fans Played Stormtrooper Extras

While filming "The Mandalorian" in 2019, the crew ran out of Stormtrooper costumes. Instead of delaying the shoot, the production contacted the local branch of a "Star Wars" fan organization. Members showed up with their own homemade Stormtrooper costumes and joined the filming as extras.
