Edgar Nernberg Found Ancient Fish

In 2015, Canadian heavy equipment operator Edgar Nernberg, a board member of Alberta’s Big Valley Creation Science Museum, discovered five fish fossils while excavating a basement in Calgary. Nernberg believes the Earth is only about 6,000 years old and has a creationist view, but University of Calgary paleontologist Darla Zelenitsky identified the fossils as rare complete fish from about 60 million years ago. He spotted black outlines in sandstone inside his trackhoe bucket and called a paleontologist instead of letting the fossils become rubble.
