Denpa Shonen Starved Baseball Fans

On Japanese reality show "Susunu! Denpa Shonen," the segment "Denpa Shonen teki Penanto Resu" tested diehard baseball fans of the Yomiuri Giants, Hanshin Tigers, and Chunichi Dragons. Each contestant stayed alone in a small room with a TV that showed only games from his favorite Central League team. If the team won, he got dinner and part of his face appeared on television, but if the team lost, producers gave him no food and turned off the lights until the next day’s game.
