Gravity Nature Physics Mystery

Gravity Nature Physics Mystery

Scientists can describe exactly what gravity does, but they still do not fully know what it actually is at a fundamental level. Since 1687, when English physicist Isaac Newton explained gravity as a force between masses, and later in 1915, when German physicist Albert Einstein described it as the curvature of spacetime, physics has been able to predict its effects with high precision. But modern theories still struggle to reconcile gravity with quantum mechanics, and no single framework fully explains its true nature. That leaves gravity as one of the most familiar forces in the universe, yet one of the least understood.
