Krusty Coined Quiet Part

The line that later turned into the idiom "said the quiet part loud" appears to trace back to a 1995 episode of "The Simpsons" called "A Star Is Burns." In that episode, Krusty blurts out, "I said the quiet part loud and the loud part quiet."
