Mock Mars Walk Found Fossil

In 2002, a crew taking part in a simulated Mars mission in the Utah desert went out on a mock spacewalk near the Mars Desert Research Station. During that exercise, they came across a real dinosaur fossil while exploring terrain meant to stand in for the surface of Mars.
