Emily Blunt Missed Black Widow

Actress Emily Blunt was originally offered the role of Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, she had to turn it down because of a contractual obligation to appear in the film Gulliver’s Travels (2010), a project she later said she would rather not do. The scheduling conflict forced her to decline the Marvel role.
