Eminem Stalker’s Three Home Invasions

Between 2019 and 2024, a stalker named Matthew David Hughes committed three home invasions tied to Eminem, starting when he broke into one of the rapper’s former homes near Detroit and told the new homeowner he was "looking for his brother Marshall." In 2020, he entered Eminem’s Clinton Township home while the rapper slept, and a police officer later testified that Hughes told Eminem he was there to kill him. After serving time and being released on parole, Hughes returned again in August 2024 and was arrested outside the same property.
