In 2014, a Mississippi man named Walter Williams was pronounced dead, his paperwork was completed, and staff placed him in a body bag before transporting him to a funeral home. When workers moved him into the embalming room, they saw his legs start to move and noticed he was lightly breathing. Realizing he was still alive, they stopped the process and got him medical help. Two weeks later, Williams died for real, this time with no mistaken declaration.
