Anthony Hopkins Finds Lost Petrovka

In 1971, Anthony Hopkins searched all over London for a copy of "The Girl from Petrovka" after he was cast in the film adaptation and wanted to read the source novel. Unable to find it, he headed home and spotted a manuscript of the book left on a bench, which later turned out to be the author George Feifer's own copy that had been in a stolen car and dumped by the thief.
