Bryan Cranston's Humming Royalty Parties

While working on "Malcolm in the Middle," Bryan Cranston joined a songwriters guild so he could get paid royalties for the tunes he hummed and whistled on the show. He used those royalty checks to throw parties for the cast and crew. The parties were such a hit that the crew began encouraging even more humming from him on set.
