Super Saiyan Against 400 Bees

In 2014 in the United States, 11-year-old Andrew Kunz disturbed a massive hive while playing near a creek and suddenly found himself swarmed and stung by hundreds of bees. As the insects covered his head and body, he remembered his favorite anime, Dragon Ball Z, and pretended to be Goku powering up into a Super Saiyan to push through the pain and run for help.

Paramedics later counted around 400 stings and rushed him to the hospital, where doctors treated the swelling and monitored him for a dangerous allergic reaction. He pulled through and recovered, crediting his survival to staying calm and drawing strength from his anime hero while the bees attacked.
