Fred Durst Pays Trent Royalties

When Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit wrote 'Hot Dog' in 2000 as a diss track aimed at Nine Inch Nails frontman Trent Reznor, he laced it with lyrics lifted from Reznor's own songs. The track included so many borrowed lines from Nine Inch Nails that Durst was legally required to credit Reznor as a co-writer and pay him royalties.
