Baghdad Bob's Bold Claims

Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf, better known as "Baghdad Bob," served as Iraq's Information Minister during the 2003 invasion. He once declared on live TV that American troops and tanks had not entered Baghdad, despite combat audible just a few hundred meters from the television studio. His wildly inaccurate statements made him infamous for propagandistic denial.
