Metallica's Rejected Toilet Album

Before releasing their 1983 debut, Metallica intended to name it Metal Up Your Ass, complete with cover art showing a hand bursting from a toilet, clutching a bloody machete. Distributors and the record label refused to release an album with such a title, forcing the band to scrap it. In defiance, they renamed it Kill 'Em All, a jab at the music industry's censorship.
