Fatal 'Dewshine' Incident in 2016

In 2016, two teens died after consuming 'Dewshine,' a mixture of Mountain Dew and racing fuel, which is nearly 100% methanol. These were the first reported U.S. deaths linked to this concoction. Two other teens who drank it became intoxicated but survived.
