Masanobu Tsuji, an Imperial Japanese WWII Army officer, earned the nickname "God of Strategy" for planning numerous campaigns. Despite being a known cannibal, he evaded war crime trials, briefly became a politician, collaborated with the CIA, and mysteriously disappeared in Laos in 1961.
