Pedro Pascal's Family Scandal

In 1995, actor Pedro Pascal's parents returned to Chile after his father, Dr. José Balmaceda, faced accusations in California of stealing fertility patients' eggs and embryos and implanting them in other women without their consent. While the clinic closed and lawsuits followed, Dr. Balmaceda was never criminally charged and continued practicing medicine in South America.
