Con Artist Gignac's Bold Scam

In 2003, con artist Anthony Gignac-posing as Saudi Prince Khalid bin Al Saud-persuaded American Express to issue him a platinum card with a $200 million credit limit by threatening they'd anger the king if they didn't. Though the card was indeed issued, and he even booked limousines before AmEx flagged the fraud.
