Infinity Stones' Color Transformation

During the production of "Thor: The Dark World," Marvel decided to designate the Aether and previous MacGuffins as Infinity Stones. To distinguish each stone, they changed the red Orb in "Guardians of the Galaxy" to purple in post-production.
