In 2016, an Ontario man named Sheldon Bergson legally changed his name to “Znoneofthe, Above” to create a “None of the Above” option on ballots for a local election. He added a silent “Z” to appear last alphabetically. However, during the election, the ballots listed candidates by their first names, which resulted in him being displayed as "Above Znoneofthe."
