Ref Used Rock-Paper-Scissors Kickoff

In 2018, referee David McNamara received a suspension from the Football Association after he used rock, paper, scissors to decide kickoff during a Women's Super League match in England. McNamara forgot to bring a coin for the traditional pre-match coin toss.
