Cuba's Super Cow Monument

Fidel Castro once spearheaded a decades-long effort to create a "super cow" that produced far more milk than average. Cuban scientists eventually succeeded with Ubre Blanca, a cow that became a national icon and symbol of socialist achievement. After her death, Cuba even erected a monument in her honor.
