Tokyo Rail Line Lowered Overnight

Engineers in Tokyo successfully converted an above-ground rail line in 2013 into a subway at one of the city's busiest train stations without causing any service interruptions. They lowered the tracks into their new subway position in a single night, working within the system's four-hour off-service window.
