Made from 18K gold, the watch boasted 24 hands, 1,728 components, distinctive features like a star chart and a thermometer, along with a total of 33 complications. Its record stood for 27 years until 2015, when Vacheron Constantin unveiled the Reference 57260, featuring an astounding 57 complications.
