Jean-Pierre Van Rossem, a Belgian con artist and self-proclaimed stock market guru, scammed the European elite and even the Belgian royal family with his investment company, Moneytron. He claimed the system could deliver limitless returns and amassed over $800 million. However, he eventually had to sell all his assets to settle his debts.
