Couple Survived 117 Days at Sea

In 1973, British couple Maurice Bailey and his wife Maralyn survived 117 days lost at sea on an inflatable raft after a whale struck and sank their yacht. They managed to survive by constantly bailing water from the raft, collecting rainwater, and catching turtles, birds, and fish with their bare hands for food.
