Keanu Reeves was born in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1964. His father, an American from Hawaii, has Native Hawaiian, Chinese, English, and Portuguese ancestry. While working in Beirut, Reeves' mother met his father. However, when he was three years old, his father abandoned the family.
