Pirate's Cryptic Treasure Necklace

French pirate Olivier Levasseur allegedly tossed a necklace containing a 17-line cryptogram into a crowd moments before his execution, exclaiming, "Find my treasure, the one who may understand it!" Although the necklace has been lost, treasure hunters have since tried to decode the cryptogram, hoping it will lead to his hidden treasure.
