Cult Toons was a Cartoon Network show that ran from 1999 to 2000. The show featured a series of seemingly irrelevant and obscure clips from films and cartoons edited together for comedic purposes, with a very surreal and non-sequitur quality, often featuring Andy LeBeau suddenly exploding.
