Push-Button to Rotary-Dial Payphones

In 1990, telephone company US West replaced 18 push-button payphones with rotary-dial payphones as part of an effort to combat drug trafficking. This change was prompted by the fact that most pagers used by drug dealers only functioned with calls from push-button phones.
