Tragic Case of Thallium Poisoning

A 42-year-old man named RB presented to the emergency room with pain in his hands and feet, which had been gradually worsening throughout the day. As his symptoms progressed, he began to lose feeling in his lips, tongue, and face. RB's medical history became intertwined with a series of events, starting with a secret encounter with another woman in the park, witnessed by a neighbor, which triggered turmoil in his marriage with Zoe, his wife of 24 years.
