Resurrecting Extinct Species

The revival of some extinct animals is possible. In 2016, ecologists from UCSB recommended species for resurrection to have the most positive impact on Earth's ecosystems. The chosen species included the Christmas Island pipistrelle bat, Reunion giant tortoise, and Lesser stick-nest rat.
