Pinkerton vs. Red Dead Redemption

In 2019, the US private security/detective agency Pinkerton sued Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive for using Pinkerton's trademark and portraying its agents as antagonists in Red Dead Redemption 2. Take-Two counter-sued, citing fair use as their defense.
