Nobel Prize for Lobotomy Pioneer

António Egas Moniz, a pioneer of the lobotomy procedure, was honored with the Nobel Prize in medicine in 1949. Subsequently, the Nobel Foundation has not revoked the award, and there remains an active article from the foundation defending this decision.
