Michael Hutchence's Controversial Death

Despite widespread belief, INXS frontman Michael Hutchence did not die from autoerotic asphyxiation. The rumor was actually started by his partner, Paula Yates, who, while overwhelmed with grief, struggled to accept that Hutchence had taken his own life. The coroner's report confirmed that Michael died by suicide.
